Don’t go on fake 4.6 ratings, I have mentioned the true experience after staying with my fiancee for 5 days in the hotel:
1. The washroom door was not closing.
2. Overpriced food.
3. You’ll get only one complimentary water bottle whether you’re staying for one night or for five nights.
4. They do not have a first aid kit.
5. They do not even have a doctor on call.
6. Their reception staff will start behaving rudely when you ask them to co-operate for anything.
7. They don’t understand what a medical emergency is called.
Think twice before booking this hotel if you want to stay safe, don’t go with the price and mention fake ratings.
As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe at the hotel. The staff and the security guards were very helpful. The room was clean, and the food was good, although it was a little expensive. The best part was that I had a flight at 6 AM, and Ola canceled the ride at the last minute, causing me to run late. The hotel manager helped me out by calling their cab service, and I was able to reach the airport on time. He also called to check if I had reached the airport safely. The security guards made sure the luggages were safely put in the cab. Overall, I had a good experience at the hotel and would recommend it. I booked it through Agoda.
Room was okay. The complimentary breakfast wad so tasty and had amazing options. But, in some rooms no proper water supply. Taps were not working. Water won’t come simultaneously through basin and normal taps and toilet flush.
**Review: Disappointing Experience – Don’t Be Fooled by Fake Reviews**
My recent stay at this hotel was far from what I expected, and I’m convinced that many of the glowing reviews online are fake. Don’t be lured in by the misleading ratings on Google Maps and TripAdvisor, which seem to have deceived many unsuspecting tourists, including myself.
Let me start with the positives – the staff. They were indeed friendly and tried to be accommodating. However, friendliness only goes so far when everything else is subpar. The cleanliness of this hotel was downright unacceptable. The pillow covers had obvious stains and did not appear to have been changed or washed properly before our arrival. It made me question the hygiene standards throughout the room. The bathroom was even worse: filthy, with hair all over the floor, sink, and even the shower. It was clear that housekeeping was cutting serious corners, if they even bothered to clean at all. The bathroom smelled awful, and the floor felt sticky to walk on, which only added to the unpleasantness.
Another major issue was the hotel’s taxi service, which felt like a blatant rip-off. They charged us three times the normal Uber fare, which was bad enough, but then they sent a ridiculously small car that couldn’t fit both our group and our luggage. We had to cram ourselves in uncomfortably, and it was a far cry from the service you’d expect at any decent hotel. It felt like they were more interested in overcharging tourists than actually providing value.
The final straw was realizing that many of the rave reviews on Google Maps and TripAdvisor are clearly fake or paid for. It’s obvious that the management is trying to inflate their ratings to draw in tourists, but don’t fall for it. I was fooled into booking based on these glowing reviews, but the reality was far from what’s being advertised. This hotel’s misleading tactics are unfair to travelers looking for a genuine experience.
In conclusion, while the staff was polite, it wasn’t enough to make up for the filthy conditions, poor service, and feeling of being cheated. I urge you to avoid this place at all costs. Do your research carefully and don’t be misled by the high ratings – they are not a reflection of the actual experience. You deserve better, and there are plenty of other hotels that won’t leave you disappointed or feeling scammed.
Lot of mosquitoes, no solution given by reception despite multiple reminders, bed bugs on bed ensure no proper sleep. Hotel is in small gully, most cabs don’t come here for pick ups. Not recommended.
They pester you to give positive review in front of them during checkout, causing delays.
