Won’t recommend to any tourist, Room was good. Service was poorest i have experienced in any 3 hotels.
They had chips packet in the room, I thought it was complementary when i checked out, they charged me Rs 118, for two Rs 20 lays packet.
Internet not working, they have the jio net, which will give you only 1 gb per day, seems like they are living in 2010.
I don’t know why this hotel is 3 star. This shouldn’t have any star. They charged me 4500 for one night but no basic facilities.
Avoid this hotel at any cost.
Booked Family suite And 3 Deluxe rooms for 1 nights, the rooms is very spacious and well designed! But the real catch is washroom doors lock! And the drains are chocked and will keep your feet immersed in water while taking shower.
worth the price, hotel is very good, the price in July & August was reasonable, it had 4,500 for Super Deluxe Room & 6,500 for the Suite.
They need to renovate the rooms, found broken wooden pieces behind main door!

Nice clean rooms. Friendly staff. Tarrif i paid during the off-peak season was good value. No breakfast buffet was a bimmer. Overall very good value for money and great location.

The food is good, but just about ok, such place should have had a more lively restaurant.
Booked Family suite for 4 nights, the room is very spacious and well designed! But the real catch is washroom! The drains are chocked and will keep your feet immersed in water while taking shower. Made complaint everyday, with no outcome. Later on found other rooms also have same drain issue as other tourists were also complaining. Services are on demand! They just do cleaning, they don’t refill / renew coffee / creamer / sugar / toiletries / etc, you have to ask for.
Sofa was left open for 4 days, they did not fold and make it sofa, instead it was in bed form until

Pool water was dirty!
Food is ok ok! Nothing extraordinary!
