Decent service but disappointing room size and amenities. Rooms are cramped with limited space for luggage. Food quality was good, but disappointing to see no provisions for driver meals, unlike other hotels. Staff was friendly, but overall experience didn’t meet expectations.
I have Booked 2 Rooms in advance and when I have called Reception . THE person who Receive my Call was an illetrate who do not understand anything and he was like kyaa he Kab ki booking he and he was shouting on Phone . WHEN I said Why are you shouting he said Rakh Phone. WORST MANAGEMENT EVER.. WORST HOTEL STAFF .. I WILL POST THIS TO OTHER SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM ALSO.. DONT CALL THIS HOTEL AND DONT BOOK EVER.
I stayed for 2 daysin this hotel . The room was spotless with a stunning ocean view, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway!
We had booked a family room and had a very bad experience with this hotel. The manager named Singh is a rogue and behaves like a thug.
Room wasn’t clean. The AC was hardly working, bed linen /pillow cover wasn’t clean. It’s very far from Nainital lake. Food wasn’t good, portion size was small and price was high. I am scared of lizards and found so many big lizards in the room.
Avoid this place if possible, there are many properties in Nainital who know how to keep customers happy.
I had exactly the same bad experience many have called Out in the reviews written before. Very unprofessional manager who doesn’t know how to talk to customers and deal with their issues. He is short tempered and ill mannered – Yashwant Singh was his name.
Rooms are sub standard, there were so many big lizards in the room. AC wasn’t working fine. It’s like an oven in the room. Cleanliness was bad. Restaurant food was Ok but highly over priced. There was excess salt in the gravy would strongly suggest avoiding this place at all costs.
