The worst hotel i have been in my life. As foreigners, i would highly recommend NOT TO choose this hotel even by mistake. I had stayed in the hotel for a night with my family, the behaviour of the young manager is worst than any other person i would have ever met.
Pathetic service, rude reply from the young manager, dirty rooms with stinky toilet and bathroom.
Upon telling the manager about the dirty rooms, we were informed this is not your home.
Full payment was done yet no stuffs such as toilet paper or towel were given until the next morning.
The manager is best in arguing. He deserves oscars for arguing to guests.
UNDERATED HOTEL
We 4 people were there in that hotel but staff behaviour was too much rude. They only care about the accomodation charges and nothing about the basic facilities like water and cleaning of bathroom.when we asked them to clean the room then staff rudely told us to vacate the room. If customer denies then they starts verbally argument ,abuses ,fight with customer.hotel Prashant was the worst hotel ever I visited.my recoomdation is to customer to not stay in that hotel.
Room is not small but we can manage it ,i saw hotels wards members are active
But some members are not good behaviour
Room is clear and clean
This hotel present at very nice place
From there we can caught bus and all also
prashant hotal is a fabulous residential hotal . hotal Is good condition and better facility
and room is clean in motihari bihar.
When I was go there…really room is too much good but I felt like fear cause of between the market
