  1. Worst experience. They shut the power off around 10:00 PM. The room has no power backup. Rude staff. Had to check-in into another hotel around midnight. They even didn’t care. All they got money. They charged 1000 for bad room. Won’t suggest to stay.

  2. Worst hotel. No lock in the room. No tv connection. Dirty towels n bedsheets, if you use them you are sure to catch an infectious diseases. No drinking water, no proper cleaning. No one is there to help you. Overpriced. They will charge 1000 rupees for this dirty shabby place of 100 INR. If you stay here, it will be your worst nightmare. You won’t be able to sleep as it is located on the road and you hear vehicles noise all the night.

  3. It is overpriced but all hotels in Solan are overpriced, so that was into the main issue.

The manager was problematic. He kept my I Card (which many hotels do). But the next morning he asked me when will I leave because he needs to return my card and he has to go out. I asked him to return it at that moment as I was going to check out in 30 mins anyway. But then he got into an unnecessary argument citing rules and regulations about why he can’t just hand over the i-card and must wait till I leave. The thing is, if you want to act like a big hotel, then just have the system in place. If you are going out then it is not the customer’s problem. You must have someone else to handle that at the reception.

Also, for all the big claims, he did not even provide drinking water. Towel was produced once I asked. The bathroom door refused to lock.

Also, when I asked for the room keys in the afternoon, he said he will be there at the reception so no need for keys. I am not saying that anybody was going to steal anything but what kind of hotel refuses to provide keys?
