I stayed with my family at this property for a night while transiting through Delhi, and our overall experience was positive.
Pros:
1. The hotel has an upscale ambiance, with a spacious lobby, large dining area, attentive concierge service, and beautiful Christmas decorations, all contributing to a grand atmosphere.
2. Our check-in and check-out process was quick and hassle-free.
3. We stayed in Room 532, which was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with modern amenities.
4. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a good mix of Indian and continental options.
5. The staff were friendly, courteous, and always greeted us with a smile.
6. Our in-room dining experience was also pleasant, with tasty and freshly prepared food.
Cons:
1. We visited the breakfast buffet around 7:30 am and noticed that the fruit platters were empty, and there were no boiled eggs. I had to request a refill, which was unexpected for a 5-star hotel.
2. I had to make three calls to have a bottle of water delivered to our room.
3. Some of the furniture and bathroom fixtures showed signs of wear and needed maintenance. For example, the glass study table in our room was slightly detached from its stand and wobbled, the chair reclined too much due to age, and the ceiling shower leaked when we used the hand shower.
4. The room size could have been a bit larger.
Overall, we had a comfortable stay.
Review for Pride Plaza Hotel, Aerocity, Delhi
I recently had the pleasure of staying at **Pride Plaza Hotel in Aerocity, Delhi**, and my experience was nothing short of exceptional!
From the moment I arrived, the staff’s warm hospitality and attentive service made me feel truly welcomed. The **location** of the hotel is incredibly convenient, being in the heart of Aerocity, with easy access to the airport and the city’s major attractions.
The **facilities** were top-notch! The **gym** was well-equipped, clean, and perfect for maintaining my fitness routine during my stay. The dining experience was also outstanding – the food was not only delicious but also offered a wide variety of options to suit every palate.
The rooms were beautifully maintained, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. Whether it was the ambiance, the amenities, or the cleanliness, everything was up to the mark.
Overall, Pride Plaza exceeded my expectations in every way. If you’re looking for a luxurious and hassle-free stay in Delhi, this is the place to be. I highly recommend it and look forward to returning soon!
⭐ **Rating: 5/5**
The hotel was recommended to me by a friend and it proved completely worth it. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, with well laid out bathroom and comfortable bed. The staff are all so polite and helpful, with true attention to detail. I was very impressed with the food, which is so much better than some other five-star hotels I have stayed at. Kudos on quality and flavour. I will definitely stay here again.
The hotel itself is beautiful with excellent amenities. The location is great, and the overall atmosphere is quite relaxing. However, the experience was let down by the staff, who seemed disinterested and unhelpful throughout our stay.
To make matters worse, the food was a major disappointment—cold, chewy bread, overpriced, and far below the standard expected for a hotel of this caliber. If management improves the service and dining options, it could be a fantastic place to stay.
I stayed here with family for a night before my flight.
Pros-
•Good, clean facilities. Has a decent lobby area, pool, spa, gym etc (No kids room/area though)
•Very courteous and well trained staff.
•Hotel was quite busy, somehow they managed to maintain the service levels.
•Room was bit small for my liking, it was the only one available.
•Breakfast spread was impressive, many choices for all.
Definitely recommended.
As my stay was less than 16 hours spread over 2 days, paid day and halfs cost. Would have appreciated a better deal.
