  1. **Awful Stay – Rude Staff and Unhygienic Rooms**

Our experience at Prime Palace Hotel, Ernakulam, was terrible. The receptionist was extremely rude and didn’t bother to show us to our room. The first room had soaking wet walls and peeling paint. When we complained, they gave us another room but knew about the issues with the first room and still assigned it to us. The new room was slightly better, but when we turned on the AC, cockroaches fell out of it—disgusting and unhygienic.

When we contacted MakeMyTrip, they allowed a refund but rudely forced us to vacate within 5 minutes, despite us having four elderly parents and two small children. The whole experience was stressful, and the staff’s behavior was appalling. We quickly found a better place to stay nearby

  2. First of all the price is so high compared to other 3star hotels. The room is soo congested without any space. The bathroom is not well maintained. The blanket is not clean. Afterall a worst experience.

  3. Initially they provided a bad room in the ground floor, after complaining they have upgraded us to a good room in the second floor. Breakfast was good, but limited food and only 2-3 items to select. Staffs are very cooperative. Parking facility is not within the hotel premises as there is some road construction works in progress.
Overall experience I would say ok ok.

  4. Prime Palace Hotel Review

My recent stay at Prime Palace Hotel in Kochi left me with mixed feelings. While the staff was notably supportive and polite throughout my visit, the overall experience was marred by several issues.

Upon entering the room, I was disappointed to discover the presence of cockroaches, which significantly detracted from the comfort and cleanliness of the space. Despite the efforts of the staff, the room’s hygiene left much to be desired.

Furthermore, the non-AC room I stayed in was not up to standard. The lack of adequate cooling made for an uncomfortable night’s sleep, compounded by the unpleasant odor emanating from the washroom.

Despite these shortcomings, I must commend the hotel staff for their professionalism and willingness to assist guests. Their attentive service was a saving grace in an otherwise underwhelming stay.

In conclusion, while the Prime Palace Hotel in Kochi shows potential, improvements in cleanliness and room maintenance are essential to ensure a more satisfactory guest experience.
