Hotel has took safety and security measures seriously. they also need visitor ID card . its good for guest i think. staff are friendly. The food is not available but the room service guys provide good food from outside. They also allow online food. Boliram Dada (service men) were awesome. Rooms were clean ,My friend and his family stay in Standard room. as a visitor i visit this hotel. DELUXE and classic room i think More good.
Value for money. Good location..
Stayed at this Hotel, it was good that they allowed me to do Early check-in. Ofcourse at extra charges. (30% of the Room Cost)
Pros:
– Available around the Clock, we called them in early morning like at 6 AM, they were available to take calls and provided the Room.
– Near to Guwahati Railway Station
– Near to Pultan Bazaar
– Quite Near to Kamakhya Devi Temple
Cons:
– No Value to Money, Room Cosed me 2800/- but the Amenities where not upto that Price Point.
– Weird Policies like, Only 1 Towel per Room, No complimentary Drinking Water, Not Boys Guest Allowed, and what more….
– Room Service is also but off, had to come to Reception twice for asking extra towel and TV connection. Room’s phone was not working. Also on pressing 9 on phone it connected to some random Last it was too embarrassing, asking for towels to that Lady.
– Amenities: Hair Dryer provided in the room was not working well. Shower was not properly cleaned due to that water pressure was not good. Rooms are quite smaller for Price Range.
I dont know how some people are ratings 5 stars. It was own experience what i saw in this hotel Very bad experience worst experience
Very Very Very worst. Dirty unhygiene. Beds are very dirty pillows are very hard. Cigarette burn mark was in bedsheet, blankets are very very dirty. Bathroom was smelling like public toilet I used my shampoo to clean the bathroom. AC doesnt work. Fan regulator was broken I put on lots of perfume while entering the bathroom. Very Very dirty. And unprofessional staff and reception boy. Very dirty worst experience. Please don’t visit this hotel
The rooms looks shady like cheap hotel of red light area. The atmosphere seems horiphic
Standard deluxe room ac not working I have changed 3 rooms still the same issue I am not recommended to you this property. Look at another in this budget. Very worst 😞 experience Prince B.. please improve room service and quality.
