Hotel situated about 20ft from mall road. Rooms are normal but was not clean at all. Front view is ok. Naina Devi mandir,bhutia market is about 1.5-2km from hotel. Food with high rate. Beds were not so cleaned . Got dirty smell for bathroom..
Average hotel with basic services. If you’re on a budget you may book this. Location is good but only if you’re visiting by public transport. They don’t have private parking. For that you’ll need to park at a distance in the parking space.
The location of the hotel is great. It is just opposite to the nainital lake. Also the place is surrounded by many shop. The street is usually crowded.
The rooms are good. The second floor has a terrace where you can ‘sort of’ see the lake as the lake is surrounded by trees so the visibility is somewhat limited.
The problem with the hotel is that you have to climb quite many stairs to reach it. So old or handicapped people might find it difficult.
The second floor rooms has central geysers system and you can get hot water only after 6:30 AM in the morning.
The hotel has a decent but overpriced fooding option.
The service is not upto the mark. The manager hardly hears your complaints. The TV package in our room was not recharged even if we told them to do so.
PS – another point to note is that the area in which the hotel is situated does not allow big vehicles (like travellers) to enter. So if you are traveling with big group in a vehicle like tempo travellers you have to avail taxis from nearby bus stops to reach the hotel.
Best hotel on Mall road nainital and hotel staff so so nice, Food is also good 🤩🤩
Pros:
1.The only good aspect of this hotel is the view… Two of the staff is the nice-est of the lot
Cons:
1. Service wasn’t up to the mark
2. one of the kitchen service staff was the rude-est.
3. Didn’t provide toiletries
4. They provide you one refillable jug for drinking water which is a hassle
