Clean room, Quick service, tasty food and walking distance from bus stop. Covered parking. Staff at reception was very helpful as I was not charged extra for late checkout.
Worst hotel in the world , I will not recommend this hotel to my enemy , once we did the booking for my brother’s marriage they changed manager was liar rude he changed all his commitments ,he tried everything to ruin my brother as much as possible even knowing my father had stroke 2 weeks earlier . Hotel staff was so good but was so scared of him. Please don’t go to this place I been to so many hotels in world they are the worst ever
The worst experience I’ve had with hotel staff.
The staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful, and they seemed to take pleasure in making our stay as uncomfortable as possible.
They refused to answer any questions or provide assistance, even though it was clearly their job to do so .
It felt like they were actively trying to make us feel unwelcome, which made for an extremely unpleasant stay overall.
We can’t check out just because it was too late to move out with kid and find another option for stay.
The rooms are satisfactory, but the hotel is significantly understaffed. Consequently, the service quality is poor due to insufficient personnel. However, the location is great.
