This was the worst experience we’ve ever had. My friends and I booked four rooms on October 4th, 2024. The so-called manager, Mr. Tyagi, is unbelievably arrogant and completely unfit for his role. I have no idea who hired him, but it’s clear he doesn’t deserve to be in charge. He lacks basic manners and couldn’t even speak politely.
We ordered dinner at 10 PM and only received it at 11:30 PM. Despite requesting breakfast to be ready by 8:30 AM—since we needed to leave for Delhi early—it wasn’t served until 10:00 AM. He didn’t even have the decency to apologize for the delay. Such disgraceful behavior.
The rooms were in terrible condition. One of our rooms had a broken geyser, and the washroom door was damaged.
I strongly advise all fellow travelers: do NOT book this property. It’s an absolute waste of money and time.
The place is infested with bugs and room is horribly dirty. I booked through booking.com and told the people at the counter I shall leave a review. Very smartly they have “cancelled” my reservation making me as a no show at the property. The head board of the bed and wall behind it had colonies of bugs and insects and the whole room had a musky smell. Bathroom was full of cobwebs. I did joke saying the previous renter was spiderman. Shower gel was not dispensed properly [dispenser was broken]
Room service took ages to be delivered, said they have a single person responsible for cooking.
The property next to my room had a party going on until 11 pm and there was music blasting from there. Music combined with insects, I Couldn’t sleep at all.
Property is at kankhal, away from har ki pauri. Transportation is not easily available.
Avoid This Hotel – Misleading and Fake
I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Upon check-in, they asked for my booking confirmation number and PIN. I refused to provide the PIN as it could be misused to post fake reviews. Shortly after, I found that they had canceled my booking to prevent me from leaving a review, despite my actual stay.
The hotel is falsely advertised as a four-star luxury property, but the reality is far from it. The rooms are small, smelly, and not at all tidy. The most basic amenity, the door lock, was not prper.Bedsheet was very dirty.
Don’t fall for its positive review on booking.com as it’s clear that many of the positive reviews are fake and do not reflect the true condition of this hotel.

3. Total 6 No car Parking is free inside the hotel and 4 nos outside the hotel.
4. Vishkarma Ghat is very close to this hotel and good for holy Ganga dip and crowd less

1. There is a damping smell in the rooms.
2. You can’t order food as per menu because Food items are limited and prices are normal.
3. No basic amenities available like towel, Kattle, dental kit and toilet roll.
Pathetic conditions.Tv is not working.Towel was demanded many times.Telephone was not working to communicate.Food delivered 1 hour later
I told the reception staff they said owner jesa chahega wesa he hoga.Just shut down ur property or run properly.
