Stayed two nights in this hotel. Staff is supportive . Well maintained cleanliness and parking space are good. Budget friendly hotel. Food quality good.
Good staffs like professionals. Its approx 1200 meters from railway station. Rooms are neat and clean.washrooms were well maintained with hot water facilities. Its makes this property good,

Very disaster stay in hotel as we booked through make my trip. We aarived at around 1100 pm and as our room was booked we straight way went to hotel where nobodoy picked our laugage and then we moved to room. Early we have some plan to visit maa kamakhya and other spots then had to come back to hotel. But in morning there was no water supply in our room. We continued to call for room services but they ignored. Finally i has to step down to reception and they did something which i donot know and told it is ok now again after 5 mins no water in washroom . I have stuckked there almost 2 hrs. As this was horrible to stay there. We urged them shift us to anothere room but they denied and told as per your booking this was the only suite available with us. This was a joke for us. We had to move to other hotel . On asking for refund they almost became rude and misbehaving with us . We reported to this in make my trip also but the make my trip also handed up and told you have to saty there with out water. As we paid early so we did not have any choice but to leave our valuable money. I never recommed this hotel as well as make my trip to anybody for booking. They are only money minded and only want there rating good. If any body has any doubt , i have my call records and videos with me. Our plan was spoiled due to that and missed our flight also. Terrible people and digusting team reponse by make my trip.
I really love the hotel. The hotel is near the railway station. So, it is easily accessible….. staff is very kind and very good to talk and good manegement. Overall, The hotel is great, foods are delicious and rooms are good. So, I recommend this hotel to everyone.
Everything is good..average prices and room is clean..all staff is very helpful and good behaviour font desk boys
