Very nice experience staying at this hotel. I liked the level of hygiene, staff services. Food was good too. Even the staff at the reception were very polite and welcoming.
A very nice and clean Hotel. The location is good cause you have many Bars around and some good Restaurants and not far from the Airport. The staff is very helpfull and friendly.

Yes that was 700 room (that room not worth 70 rupees}
I am not raising 5 star demand (AC /wifi like complaint) { quality of your room, cleanliness of your room – which reflects your hotel standard } ROOM NO 103 ( how much you lie here people will learn about this anyway)
1)Rooms smells like bar 🍻 ,wine, cigarettes 🚬 {you want to hide it through room freshener} same smell coming form bedsheet and blanket
About the noise(not 15 mins) that was whole night { receptionist also agree with that} also no window and ventilation
2) Your receptionist(20 oct morning 9.30 am) told me ,that room { 103} used by the owner few days ago for beer party so might be smells coming from that
3) about tax avoidance you provided me a hand written receipts { with no GSTN number}(your receptionist asked me do you need bill ❓ before check in )(they were also reluctant to provide me any bill )receipt number also says no.930 { that means you provided to only 930 people in your 22 years of service}
“cloud based billing softwares(do you what that Means) GSTN come in 2017,not 22 years ago{ so get some education before commenting} I attached the same receipt 🧾 .also I am reporting about this in DGGI so keep your eyes open
4)Water quality I used bottles water (water colour was yellow/brown}
5) the number of times you said 700 and premium that shows greed ,you don’t care about service{basic cleanliness of the room }( except “dada dinner khabo nki”)
Atleast don’t discriminate on cleanliness in 700 rooms and premium rooms
ATLEAST ACCEPT YOUR MISTAKE and IMPROVE
