The hotel itself is decent, but the staff’s behavior is extremely disappointing. They come across as unprofessional, untrained, and often rude. Our experience was particularly bitter. During a wedding, where our guests from Gwalior had booked almost the entire hotel, the staff behaved in an unacceptable manner. They even manhandled the groom and his father at the crucial moment when the wedding procession was preparing to depart. I strongly advise against visiting this hotel, as the staff’s conduct was more akin to that of hooligans than hospitality professionals.
