My stay here was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and service that continued throughout my visit.

The rooms were very neat & clean. They were warm even though the temperature outside was really cold. The service though wasn’t great. They made us wait a lot for the morning breakfast even though we reached the dining hall on the scheduled time. Because of this we got a bit late for our gangotri yatra.
I stayed at the resort for 4 days. It was a very pleasant experience, the ambiance of the resort is great. The wooden architecture serve the twin and purpose of asthetic look and keeping the rooms warm in cold climate of Harshil. The rooms along with bathroom are very neat, clean and well maintained.
You also get the facility of bonefire to cleleberate your special occasions.
There are lots of places to visit from the resort (gangotri, nelong and jadhong valley, gartang gally trek ) . Riverside of Bhagirathi is accesible within 100m of walking distance.
Amazing stay at this place and what a beautiful location close by to river and a small rustic old village …

Visited in March, hotel is around 50 metres from the Bagori Village entry point. Rooms were large, spacious, clean and had a double bed with a sofa-cum-bed – 4-5 people can stay in the room comfortably. The property has a few apple trees and a shed for bonfires. There was no menu, food was standard North Indian cuisine, served in a small dining room with seating of 10-12 people, and was delicious. Breakfast was included in the room charge.
The view wasn’t perfect, but was still beautiful. Ground floor rooms will be warmer than the first floor rooms. Heater was chargeable but did the job well. We slept comfortably at -16°C outside temperature.
Service was excellent. Book the hotel in advance by calling the number provided as it is the only “hotel” at Bagori Village.
Also there’s a Stupa right outside the hotel.
Please park your cars outside the village, the “road” is barely one car-width, sometimes less. And it’s straight to a dead end, you can’t turn once you get in.
