Location wise very good but in terms of cleanliness, service and other amenities the hotel is nowhere to be called a hotel. There was no water in the toilet, only 1 staff member handles everything,
Worst hotel of my life, no water because pump is not working staff is no air conditioner in ac room because of load shedding
Room space is so small like Bathroom. …staff behavior is like uneducated. Very bad service

Everything was great at this hotel.. amazing staff that is friendly and makes customers feel welcome. Specially this hotel manager behaviour is so sweet and so nice….. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown… 👍👍👍
