The goblets placed for serving water have rusted base. No fabric table napkins are provided. The table sheets look totally worn-out. Food is heavily pricy yet tasteless. Cheap plastic table lamps are placed on the tables and they don’t work at all. The napkin stands are substandard. Cutlery doesn’t look neat and clean. I got a hair strand on food plate and could spot some cockroaches on the walls. Overall a very bad experience.
I don’t recommend it at all. Very bad experience on dated 06-09-2024. The staff is not cooperated at all. I invited my relatives for a tea break here and the staff got me insulted that you have to wait for 10-15 minutes even after booking a table. This is the worst service I experienced in my whole life in any hotel/restaurant. Don’t ever visit this hotel. This hotel should suffer and should know how to treat customers/guests. This hotel is gonna suffer soon. Messed with the wrong person.
Located on the road near the highway, hotel is good.
I was there for a meeting at the conference hall, the hall was clean and well maintained. Service was good. Lunch was tasty and all other arrangements were good.
Toilets were clean and 3 members of staff were present during the whole time to make sure about the service.
Wonderful experience with their rooms, their food quality and service both are licious 😋 tremendous. Full satisfied with their quality. Even their prices are also very genuine. Only con is they have low space for parking. Rest everything was perfect. Staff was also very cooperative. It was my 2 days stay over there and I totally enjoyed my stay over there.

The assigned room has water pouring out of the AC vent, took them almost 2-3 hrs just to fix and clean the room.
In the name of Complementary water bottle, the hotel Staff will ask for an extra Rs.50+GST amount, which they claim to inform us before handing the bottle over.
Once you refuse, they receptionist says,”Bas Rs.50 ki hi to baat hai…!! And on top He says, write a BAD REVIW, I don’t care!!
