One of the Best Hotel ever stayed in.
It was fantastic in multifaceted aspects.
Whether it be Location, Safety, Cleanliness everything was super smooth.
Staffs behaviour was highly commendable.
Swift in taking up requests of guests.
Apart from the stay, the food was exceptional according to its price in the region.
Room service was excellent as well.
Would like to visit again and will definitely suggest others to have experience of the same.
Although we’ve booked standard room, the room was quite spacious with loaded amenities.
Recently I spent 5 nights here visiting Rajgir, Nalanda, Pavapuri, Bodh Gaya and many nearby tourist attractions. The location of the hotel is nice as it it is very close to market, bus stand and Rail Station…..yet not at all noisy and crowdy. Staff behaviour and cooperation is excellent. Food served is very tasty and hygienic and have numerous varieties.
Above all they are always glad to guide you regarding your tour plan. But for them I could have missed many lesser known yet interesting places of attraction.
For 5 nights it was as if a home away from home.
But I want to point out a con. The management should give attention to clean the rags regularly and provide bed switch for the readers.
It’s a nice staying experience at Rajgir at this price.
Location is very good.. close to bus stand. I had stayed here along with my cousin on 12th oct 24. They dont clean rooms daily. The room service is worst. We ordered tea at our room at 6:50pm and it was not even served at 7:30pm. Since there was some family function at this venue they could not provide the desired food which is mentioned in the menu card. Duribg check in de said tgey wont charge more for 2 hrs after check out time. We checked out at 12:45 still they demanded extra money. Staff behaviour specially the one sitting in the counter is rude, the dust bin was broken and even after repeated request de dint change it
The behavior of the front office staff, Mrs. Suruchi, was extremely unprofessional and unpleasant. She seemed entirely focused on money and showed no regard for customer service. The bedsheets were filthy, and when we requested a change, she outright refused. The lack of communication between the manager and receptionist made the experience even more uncomfortable. While the manager eventually stepped in, it was clear that the situation was poorly handled from the start. Even though the food at their restaurant was decent, it did little to make up for the overall negative experience.
Everything is good no issue with the service and there staff.. staffs are very helpful..
Room service is not regular I expected if you call the person they will definitely comes.. but regular room service not available.. although I like this hotel as it is very near from railway station and bus stop and also near market area.. most horrible thing is electricity connectivity gone and gone everytime.. that is most horrible thing.. Air condition not running properly due to electricity problem..
