The quality of food is zero, the taste of food is zero, the service is zero and the rates are very high. Please improve the quality of your food, according to which you have kept your rates. The quality of your food is not good and the service is absolutely zero.
The rooms are big and clean, they had heaters for extreme cold winters and hot showers. We had our NYE 2023 in the Hotel lobby/dine. The staff is super friendly and polite. They allowed us to celebrate NYE and they joined us in the celebrations. We had a small drink which they provided even at that hour (paid drink of course)
The Manager/Owner also joined us in the dance for the NYE, The next morning we had a good breakfast, we had to wait for breakfast but the breakfast was hot and fresh. We only stayed there for the night. The breakfast is well priced and compliments the portion size. The sheets were clean although the towels felt untidy I found a few stains so i didn’t use the towels and had to use my personal one. The service is fine. A good hotel to stay. The hotel has a beautiful view though.
