I am Doctor Kalpana from Hyderabad ,had a very pleasant stay at this hotel, the food in the restraunt was excellent, enjoyed the waffle with banana icecream, looking forward to stay at the same in future when we visit Dehradun
I had paid an advance to them directly and whereas they informed my student that they don’t refund fees, which I understand but due to some emergency to me the doctor suggested me not to travel to Dehradun and I requested Ritaji for a refund sharing the doctors prescription, but Mr Kranti the owner refused and this after he had charged me 2240 which was 500 rupees costlier than online booking to which we were told that for online they give small rooms and for guests who book directly they give big rooms although online gives you an option for refund, so my personal request to anyone booking this hotel, do so at your risk, online you will get a smaller room and direct you will be charged higher and no refund, even if you die, I generally don’t ban any hotel in my life, this is the first one I request all to Ban, the owners response is proof enough that a cruel and brutal person is answering and all my points above are proved to be correct, even if you die, they will benefit from your money is what he is saying, so God Bless you, they say in Hotel Industry Atithi Devo bhava, but this gentleman is saying, Paisa devo bhavah tum jiyo yaa maro I care a damn, so all those who are booking are doing so at their own risk BAN SAINA INN, I don’t need to stay at your property your attitude and the way you treat your guests is evident with your response which is visible for everyone to see, I will make it a point to post it to every travel portal for them to be aware, Satyamev Jayate JAI HIND
