Worst hotel to stay. Extremely rude owner, pathetic rooms. Might not be safe for people as loads of drunkards are there in the hotel
Bad experience with the hotel staff even they are giving threat that they can do anything with me and not responding to my complaint on the service.
One word – Pathetic
Booked two AC room at Rs 5200 including breakfast. The rate itself is very high compared to the hotel. Bedsheets & pillows covers were torn and had stain when we them to change nobody bothered to change it. The rate was including breakfast but there was no breakfast available in Hotel. We we told we paid to makemytrip for free breakfast then they bought 4 puri & curry from nearby local street vendor. Makemytrip took rs 250 per head but we got 4 puri & curry of 40 rupees.
Idiot Manager & staffs. They don’t have sense of service Rowady people don’t go there 😒
Went with my family for Bihar exam.
1. Very dirty and torn bedsheets.
2. Very dirty Pillows.
3. AC not working. Call hotel service and they will tell it’s exam time so hotel is full. No service will be provided. stay or go.
Had to stay at 45 degree Celsius for 2 days.
3. No dustbins.
4. No TV.
Terrible experience.
Never stay at this place.
Service is very very very poor. I booked 2 room for 1 day with early check-in and I have paid 7,500/-
=> I have paid 3,750/room for one day with early checking.
1) No intercom in the room so if you want something you have to go to ground floor at reception.
2) Hot water not available in bathroom and when I ask for hot water they sating that they have only 1 rod and other customer are using it and once its free then only they provide.
3) I ask for tea then they say for 2 cup of tea it will take half an hour to 1 hour.
4) In Room there is TV without set-top box and have to request 2 times then after 2 hours they provide set-top box.
Never ever visit this hotel in future and never recommend this hotel to any one.
