I was staying in this hotel while I was in Siwan and I would definitely recommend you to stay here the rooms were very nice clean and big. The room service was also very nice. And the food was so delicious and good I didn’t expect that the food would be that tasty. Very pleased by this place. Please come and visit this hotel once.
Too much terrif according to property bad communication skills of front office manager always want to make more terrif from guest.

The hotel rooms were very nice and the food was very delicious infact the room service was very good it was very fast. If you are staying in siwan please visit this hotel.
Stay manager should have some professional & hospitality management knowledge and should know how to deal with customer. Although reception person is good in that manner.Hence rated 3 to service.

One of the worse hotel in terms of International hotels. No management staffs. They don’t know how to treat customers. It’s been 3 times I visited and my experience is getting worse each time. Staff will not listen you. They just wanted to trap customers at once and then once you book rooms or for food, they will start drama. One manager whose name is Sumit, is very arrogant and stubborn. He always lies. Not sure why management is not changing as per name standards. I recommend not to visit as this will experience for wastage of time, money and patience as well.
