The hotel is not up to the mark. They charged more and payment before check in. Sometimes they charge even more when you go there without payment. Rooms are in very bad condition. The service is also not impressive from the staff side. If one want to save few bucks……they are waiting for you.
I prefer not to go this hotel for few less bucks. There are many more hotels in muzaffarpur who charge little more than this but service is quite good.
Think twice before login to this hotel.
The worst place to live in.. never trust on their words as they never give good service to their customers. They will always give typical excuses to their customers. A BIG NO FOR THIS HOTEL
