Hi All,
If there could have been minus rating would have given minus rating.
They just loot money from you on the name of good room and facilities.
My parents were not at all comfortable, rooms and washrooms were not at all clean and staff was not at all helpful.
They didn’t even bother to clean rooms even after informing twice.
Pathetic service.
Staff doesn’t know how to speak with Customers. Very impolite and too much of attitude.
They gave torn Bedsheets and dirty blankets.
On top of that, Water was given in used plastic bottles of Aquafina. Very poor service.
Bad service and rude receptionist. Not at all good service they provide and proper facilities in the room. Bathroom are not clean. They charged so much for 2days. This hotel is all about money with no proper facilities. Waste hotel ever seen.
Rooms are good But Bathroom are in worst condition and No Staff Support If You reach at night
There is no zero rating so am giving 1 rating.. no maintenance.. rooms are ok.. but they should maintain properly.. bathrooms maintenance is worst.. looks like not used for few months.. same thing with bed sheets.. it seems they never bothered to do dusting in the rooms..
