The restaurant needs change. Myself being a vegetarian, was astounds seeing veg and non veg dishes being kept together in one table. You need to make separate arrangements for veg and non veg. Further food quality needs uplift.
With the types of room tariffs being charged, I expected better and branded toiletries.
The hotel is situated at the heart of the city and great place to stay. I rooms are quite spacious and well maintained. The food taste is really good. The staff in the dining area are very polite and take care of the customers. The scope for the improvement is increasing the cuisine in buffet and the menu should not be same everyday. This is the major focusing area because the food menu remains same everyday for breakfast and dinner.
Warm service, food just enough spices with adequate taste and we’ll behaved staff and more over Chandini ma’am was greatful enough to serve us with utmost importance and respect… Thank you we are sure to see the hotel in near future Citrus… 🙂🙂☺️☺️
Today visited Shelton citrus Restaurant for my wife’s Birthday the ambience and service is next level ..especially the waitress are very professional and gentle I’m suggesting everyone visit the Shelton If you’re nearby thank you waitress chandini for your special service.
Chandini, is an excellent host. We had a very tasty and healthy food served hot on time.
Her selection of food for me and my wife who are senior citizen is an excellent choice.
