The rooms are very bad they are not very clean they have insects they also have very bad smell of cigarette and smoke. The hotel staff is very rude they don’t respond nicely to your questions. I got scammed. The beds were broken too. The picture which I saw on the booking website was not the actual room it is 10 years old picture. The AC and geyser has a specific time to operate you cannot turn it on throughout the day. The walls where full of fungus and spider webs. The bathroom are the worst very bad situation in the bathroom. The floors are sticky. Please see the pictures before making any reservations here.
Me and my friend book a room online. The AC room mentioned online was Rs 400 but while checking in at the hotel we were told the AC room would cost Rs 700. Then we settle for Rs 600 and take a room. And although the room was fairly good, the bed was not very good. There was a dirty bed sheet on the bed. No hotel staff changed the sheets on the bed even after telling us two or three times.
Very worst service I’ve ever seen. Very arrogant behaviour and no proper response from the receptionist. Very bad service, don’t choose this hotel at any cost…
When we are asking for hot water at early morning hours @ 4am, they are telling improper answers
I regret booking this room. Don’t go by images as the actual room is pathetic. Rock hard paper mattress, no bedsheet, dampness in room, dirty washrooms, dirty passage.
Worst hotel I have ever stayed. Bed sheets are torn. Geyser and lights not working. Full of dirt and foul smell. Don’t recommend anyone to stay here at any cost.
