Worst experience I’ve ever had.
They charge 4000 and their services are 0.
Rooms are very small , so that washroom. Their buffet have only 2 options poha and paratha. They gave nutrilite butter to eat and if u want a cup of coffee then u have to pay extra for that. Taste of food is zero.
No heaters in the room that making us uncomfortable at night.
If u planning to stay in this hotel stay in ur car rather than this
The location is awesome.
The property is old but very well arranged and decorated.
Only drawback I have noticed that you have to take stair to reach to your room.
Food is awesome, staff is very good in terms of providing service to customers.
Receptionist Himanshu is generous and smart fellow.
Another member Rahul is a very warm hearted person, while I was waiting for my friends at the reception late in night, Rahul offers momos to me fromhis own plate, had an excellent time with them talking about Nanital and it’s fair tales.
I had an extremely disturbing experience at this hotel. Late at night, the hotel staff started calling my family members with inappropriate messages, saying things like, ‘I’m missing you.’ This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. A hotel should prioritize its guests’ privacy and safety, not harass them or their families with bizarre, unwanted calls. I would strongly advise against staying here unless serious changes are made to the staff’s conduct.”
The hotel is having very small and cramped rooms compared to the charged price and three star standards. The bathrooms did not had any ventillation and always remained damp. The rooms did not had normal functioning fans and adequate charging points near bed. The service by this hotel is pathetic as the staff nevercame asking for the change of the towels and bed sheets or they had not provided the basic toiletries for our stay of three days. The complementary breakfast starts around 9 am, anyone wanted early breakfast can have to remain in fasting and on requesting for early breakfast the staff rudely deny, infact the staff deny any request of customer. For customer service this hotel should be rated zero star. They dont know how to greet and talk with customer. Please look for a better alternate options in nainital and avoid this hotel if someone is searching for three star hotel. This hotel is one or two star rating.
Great location on mall road many rooms are lake facing, I just have a look from the outside but I stayed in another hotel so cannot provide any detailed input, but this is located on mall road.
