Absolutely wonderful experience. The service was wonderful. Rooms were very premium, properly clean. It was the very pinnacle of hospitality we have ever experienced.
The only negative aspect is the steep walk from the main road, although it is a short walk.
Hotel Silverine impresses with its warm ambiance, exceptional service, and attention to detail. Each room is beautifully furnished, creating a cozy retreat after a day of exploring. Hotel Silverine is a 3 Star Equivalent Mid Segment Property situated right below the Mall Road of Shimla. It’s 2.5 Km from the Shimla Railway Station & 6 Kms from the New ISBT and just nearby the Tourism Lift. It’s a quaint little 22 room hotel with car parking available. The team starting from reception till in-house services and restaurant facility is very much noteworthy and good in terms of services. Rooms are spacious with valley view. We stayed there with our extended family and enjoyed the views, ambience and good food there. Kudos to whole team. Great maintained hotel with good look and interiors too.

Worst ..One of the worst Hotel at Shimla…!!
Hotel reaching Road is too sleepy and dangerous. Parking is bit dangerous.
Bed and Bedsheets are not at clean..!! Asked them to change it, But not done even after the request.
I asked them to provide tea kettle, But given a broken one..! With no Tea , Coffe , Milk sachets.
Average breakfast menu. Not upto the satisfaction.
Zero customer satisfaction stay.
