It was a worst experience staying with south gate residency. Rooms were too ugly. Walls were full of moisture. Rooms are really congested. Amenities were not provided. Rooms were not cleaned properly. Dust particles were all over the furniture. Totally disappointed
Stay at this hotel was just okay. The room had a strong, unpleasant odor of dust and old clothes, which was quite off-putting. I informed the reception, and they sent someone to spray some scent, but that didn’t fully solve the issue. Additionally, the room lacked proper locking facilities – there was no proper latch to lock the door from the inside, which felt unsafe. The bathroom was extremely tiny, and I couldn’t even close the door properly when exiting.
On the plus side, the pricing for single and double rooms is quite decent, but overall, the experience could have been much better.
Close to Ekm south metro , had feeble internet speeds , to add to it no proper wifi.
Rooms were ok , curtains are not blackout and kind of thin basic visible type
Nice restaurant with clean toilets . Only problem they are not sufficient light in the room
Decent rooms, fit only for one day stay.
Washroom was surprisingly cleaner.
Price is higher for the room worth.
