It was quite decent stay at Spring valley hotel. Hotel is suitable for family, service and staff behaviour was so good, Restaurant food was also very good. Overall satisfied saty.👍
A perfect spot to bang on with friends..
The hotel’s back view is so outstanding, covered with clouds and snow.
Thick woolen bedsheets and mattress for good sleep.
The hotel also runs their own restaurant which is awesome and cheap.
You should pre-order in the restaurant for timely delivery.
1, Rooms are not bad, but for this cost you’ll get better one.
2, First of all you have check the bedsheets before use,because they are keeping the unwashed bedsheets. 🤮
3, They will say hot water will come on morning 6am to 10am but didn’t happened, hardly 1Hr hot water supplied.
4, Don’t eat any food inside the hotel because the vessel unwashed and the dining table looks horrible 😬.
5, Overall better try to avoid this Hotel 🚫
Please avoid this hotel otherwise you will regret your whole trip !

I booked 2 rooms online, and they are worse than pathetic 🙂.
Also the main person receptionist is worst, he does not allow you to change your rooms even if they are vacant and he is extremely rude.
I would recommend please don’t come to this hotel 🙏, there are cheaper hotels nearby region only with polite staff, rather than here whi don’t even listen to the customers 😂…maybe a more worse than pathetic word for both rooms and receptionist of this hotel !
We stayed in 3 rooms for 8 Pax for 2N/3D which costed around 11k when booked through goibibo on a peak season of 2nd week of May.
Their standard check-in check out time is 10.00AM to 9.00AM which can be issue sometimes. However when we arrived 1 hour early they gave 1 room early with no extra cost.
Hot water is available on fixed timings and water speed is very slow.
A good restaurant is available in first floor with limited food options. Rates are nominal but not cheap.
