We booked a room for our parents for 4 nights. The hotel is ok but the lady at the reception was extremely rude and obnoxious. We looked at the rooms one day and the next day we went for our booking where we mentioned that they were charging similar to what Goibibo is showing with breakfast then why are they not giving breakfast? Ideally you should reduce the price if breakfast is not available. To which the lady with a very hot temperament mentioned that this is what they are charging and we can book if we want else look for some place else! Is this how you treat your customers???
The only good thing was the location else the service of this place is horrible and the people managing it are reprehensible!
As far as infrastructure , location , connectivity , cleanliness of the hotel are concerned, it is good but the behaviour of the lady managing the affair is obnoxious & rude. She has major psychological problems & certainly needs medical attention. Kitchen is not functional & even one has to get tea himself from outside , forget meals. This hotel doesn’t have intercom facilities in rooms and you have to go downstairs to ask for water, toiletries, towels etc. Linens provided are ok. However, hotel seems to two class of people primarily- persons fit for old age homes or one looking for upgraded version of OYO. Not fit for families. Never thought in my dreams to have such pathetic attitude & management issues . Even this hotel doesn’t deserve 1 star rating but compulsion was to write an honest review .
We stayed a night in the month of July. Very nice, clean room. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was good.We met the owner who was extremely gracious. Overall would highly recommend the hotel.
My friend’s parents had booked around 5 rooms in this place for her wedding guests. The room was below average, unhygienic, condoms in balcony and bedsheets with foot prints, faulty electrical equipment. All this is tolerable but the owner is a rich, hot headed boomer one of those heavy headed people who thinks highly of themselves. He treats guests like as if we are his students, we are a bunch of 30+ year olds. One of my friend arrived at 3.30pm, way after the check in time. The receptionist is just there for nothing, he asked them to wait for 15 to 30 minutes for the owner to come the let them check in. be aware that there is no car parking available here and the owner will give you a tough time about it. The water bottle was “complimentary” and given at the reception. Hosts won’t even collect key from room at the time of urgent check out, no complimentary breakfast was available, the receptionist is lazy and arrogant too. Owner stays in one of the rooms and messing around with the guests for his entertainment. Please avoid this location if you are in Bangalore for any vacation or happy event. This guy will ruin it the moment you enter the place. I think all positive reviews for this place is paid for.
Apart from the lodging the restaurant is a calm and quiet restaurant to have a peaceful lunch or dinner. Very minimalistic yet clean and beautiful. Food is served in hygienic conditions, is always freshly prepared, served with humility. Service is slow and staff is less in number but however the food tastes very good with adequate portion size. The manager sir is very kind and humble, keenly attends to each of the customers. Visiting here since quite a few years, and our experience has always been a pleasant one! 🙂
