Decent place for the price and the fact that it’s close to the airport. The flexible check in and check out times were very helpful. The service was prompt and professional. Rooms were clean but some switches, etc were in need of repair. The neighborhood was not great but it’s very easy to get autos/cabs in that area.
The management and staff both at the hotel are very warm and hospitable. They do a great job for their guests. Hotel is value for money and is a functional place.
I personally like this property but please check the payment confirmation before you explain to customer. Just wanted to highlight this issue as this is embarrassing when we enter or leave the hotel. Receptionist asked me to pay extra amount as he hasn’t received the full payment, then I had to call the booking application support team. Rather wasting customers time and impression please have double check before.
And please make sure the bathrooms are cleaned well before you give the room key to the customer.
The rooms are good, beds, cousion are clean.But need to improve service level. The water was not hot enough for bathing. Please keep ateleast one glass in room. Thanks.
We just stayed for a day – very friendly and polite staff. Rooms were spacious and clean. We look forward to visit again. Thank you.
