We stayed for three nights and had a pleasant experience. The rooms and bathrooms were neat and clean, offering great value for the money. Although the location is slightly off the main road, it is easy to find. The staff were very friendly and always available to assist. The owner, originally from Kerala, is exceptionally welcoming and kind. This place is highly recommended for families seeking a safe and budget-friendly stay. While the food was average, the service was quick and efficient.
Very good service in terms of room service, staff, safe location for family. Room service is very good. Staff is polite, helpful. Quick room service. Room is clean. Receptionist Mr. Kishore and Mr. Bijay also polite. Kitchen service also good. Prices are reasonable of all menu. Food quality also good. We specially came here for my child exam purpose. So he got big table for maths practice which was in lobby and it’s very helpful to us.
I stayed here just for the night. Being located in Paharganj, it is easily accessible. However, it is located in a narrow lane with difficult access. There is no parking facility. The hotel is old and its infrastructure shows signs of ageing, although attempts have been made for refurbishment. Room can be booked online or offline, the latter can be cheaper by two-three hundred rupees. The room and the toilet are clean. Towel, soap and shampoo sachet were given. One pair of bathroom slipper was available. The bedsheets appeared clean. Food can be ordered but my experience was bad. The coffee had bad odour and I didn’t drink it. There is no hot water geyser but is provided from a central line but only in the morning from 5 am onwards. I didn’t get any hot water in my room; it was at best lukewarm. The room has a window AC and a fan. Room service is good and people are courteous. The room I stayed in didn’t get any sunlight; and the room had poor access to mobile network. Otherwise, the hotel has a good ranking and I agree with it.
It’s hard to find genuine places to stay that are cheap and decent in Delhi. This is great, located near new Delhi station, it’s basic but quiet and comfortable. The shower worked well and the staff efficient and friendly. Didn’t eat here but the food was well priced and the kitchen smelt great. Will stay here every time I’m visiting or transiting through Delhi.
If the airport metro is closed and Uber cost ₹300 so no issues there.
Recently visited this hotel and stayed for 3 days. Overall experience was Great.The room quality is good at this average price range . Room service is absolutely commendable. Very polite and supportive staff. And the best thing about this hotel is Food. As per price offered by them the food was very tasty .
Hotel is easy to access, by main road just 5 min walkin distance. Cab will not Go as it is situated in very narrow road.
