I had to undergo zsr circumcision surgery with a nearby nursing home. I need one night stay close to that nursing home. The staff was nice and humble. Food was tasty and value for money, not expensive. The room was fine. I booked a non AC room for one night. It was average, the size was decent for one person. But there was some foul smell in the room. Which was a little annoying. Otherwise it was good for the budget stay.
The property is located a bit far from the Karol Bagh market. While the rooms and washrooms are properly clean, the beds are old, and the mattresses do not match the premium quality expected for the price charged.
One of the biggest drawbacks is the unavailability of packaged drinking water. They serve water in a kettle, which led to me developing a throat infection.
Additionally, I had booked and paid for an executive room, but I was provided with a deluxe AC room instead.
I would like to share my experience i booked it for my mother bcz it was near to railway station but the staff was very rude they don’t know how to talk with elders: and as i booked it online they said you have to cancel the previous booking and will give u another room because the room is not available which i booked online, and continuously they were arguing.
Very unprofessional behaviour, irresponsible disrespectful staff.
Suggestion: hire the professional and soft spoken staff as in hospitality industry u need to work on that.
This hotel is a very bad. Not clean at all. The bed sheet was provided without wash I found too much hair on the bed, the AC was making a loud sound its leds to much noise, the bathroom was also dirty. Room was much a small. Most of all the location is bad.
But service staff was good and attentive. Price was average.
I feel Good comfort and verygood ambience in sunshine hotel. And their staffs especially Kishore are so co operative and having good manners to give me a very nice service. Next time olso definitely I will come hotel sunshine.
