There is very much price difference between 2 bedroom non ac 1000 and 4 bedroom AC 1500 only. This are final rate not negotiable. So why to go this unreasonable hotel. Also hotel manager was talking very rudely matlab lena hi to lo warna jao
Read before booking. The room is situated in a very narrow lane. So you won’t be able to take your car for dropping off and getting into your car. Only accessible by rickshaws.
1. I had booked this hotel from makemytrip for my old parents. The room looks glossy and good in pictures, but in reality the rooms are shabby and it’s pure sham.
2. No exhaust fans in toilets, no faucets in toilets. One broken bucket and mug in the bathroom. Room locks are broken. Toilet locks are broken. Even the bulb in the bathroom was fused
3. No room service. Even my old parents had to carry luggage down the stairs.
Don’t go by ratings and glossy pics posted by hotel owner.
Very old hotel, AC doesn’t cool at all. I called them multiple times to fix the ac but still the room is not cooling. Washroom not clean, can see the hairs lying on the washroom floor. Ordered special chai and it turned out to be ghatiya chai, Lol.
The hotel is situated in the prime location to Har Ki Paudi. The service and hospitality provided is the best. I recommend everybody to come and pay a visit here.
They need to improve their cleanliness and food quality.
