We recently stayed at this hotel during our chardham yatra. The experience was not at all good. The hotel corridors were unclean and had spider webs most of the places. The rooms offered had multiple issues and we had to switch multiple rooms (6-7 rooms) before finding rooms which had basic things like fan , water taps , commode flush working. Ultimately we had to adjust by using bathrooms from another vacant room. There was smell from dampness in most of the rooms as if they were not used from multiple days.
The only positive thing was that the staff was helpful.

Below was my experience –
We booked the dormitory room as we were 9 members. The hotel’s owner always takes money in advance and once you pay, he starts to show his true colours. The dormitory room was filled with high no. of Mosquitos and spiders. The common washrooms and bathrooms were super ugly. Additionally, this place has no camera’s installed outside the room and common area. During our stay, someone started banging our room door havely in midnight between 1am to 3 am and we had to call police.
So please be very careful before you make any bookings here.
This place is haunted as well so choice is yours.
The Hotel is situated in outskirts of Chamoli-Gopeshwar. We had a break and stayed here on the way to Badrinath.
It was a nice stay, The room sizes are pretty good and very economical in rates.
They have their own restaurant and you can have good food over there in economical Rates.
The view is pretty good and one can stay over here and take a break when traveling to Badrinath.

Below was my experience –
We booked the dormitory room as we were person. While booking, we had already said we need hot water for bath as we have child and old person in our group. He said he will provide and will be cooperating, which is included with the hotel rent.
They have a policy of taking the money while booking.
So, there was my mistake. I gave the money.
Next, when we need hot water, he says we have to pay Rs 50 for the hot water, that too for 2lt hot water…..
So there is his words, a very rude person when money is given!!
Rooms are filled with mosquitoes!!
It’s a multi-level hotel in Chamoli. I might not have been impressed with dirty water that they serve, but definitely it’s a master piece the way they have designed it. They have underground 1, 2, 3.. they have floors 1,2,3.. and there are layers within those floors as well. Room is fine fine, washroom isn’t too clean, food is nice, water obviously as stated earlier is dirty. ✌️✌️
