I think most of the below mentioned recent reviews i fully satisfied with. If i have read it before booking i never booked it. Who gives owner such authority to ask non sense questions from customers. The hotel itself not having displayed any of guidelines neither an approval from government authority when asked for. I just request these type of hotels will be shut immediately.

My stay at Hotel Suryavilas
was nothing short of a nightmare. The poor services provided reflected a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. From shoddy accommodations to subpar amenities, it became evident that the owner subscribes to a cheap mentality that prioritizes cost-cutting over guest comfort.
Adding insult to injury, the staff exhibited a level of rudeness that was both shocking and unacceptable. It is disheartening to encounter such a lack of professionalism and courtesy in the hospitality industry. Guests should be treated with respect, not subjected to the disdainful behavior I experienced.
Considering my unfortunate experience, I strongly advise against choosing Hotel Suryavilas
for your accommodation needs. There are countless other options that prioritize customer satisfaction, and I urge you to explore those alternatives instead.
Let this serve as a warning to anyone considering Hotel Suryavilas save yourself the frustration and disappointment by looking elsewhere. Your time, money, and peace of mind are far too valuable to be wasted on an establishment that fails to meet even the most basic standards of service and courtesy.
I had a very comfortable stay . Hotel located 10 minutes drive rickshaw from cantonment station. Owner of hotel is very nice person .he guide me very well how to visit famous gurudwara in city ,Subhash park and Patel park.. bed sheet towel ,blankets provided in room are of Best quality. Ro filter water is provided to guest complimentary..
We stayed for night on our way back to Delhi. The staff is courteous. Even though we checked in a bit late, they made tea for us late in the night. The location is good and easily accessible. Lots of eateries in a 2 km radius. Plenty of parking space on the road, but it gets crowded in the evenings. The room was clean, but the linen was a bit old and had cigarette marks. The hotel is right on the main road, so there’s a lot of traffic noise as the windows aren’t properly insulated (atleast not for our room). One thing that I found odd was that there’s a gap in the wall (towards the window) separating the bathrooms of adjacent rooms (have shared a picture).
Overall it was value for money for a halt.
Staff misbehaved . Don’t even know how to talk. No hospitality services. No one gives them rights to ask personal questions without any guidelines. Learn some ethics how to treat customers. Very bad experience
