The staff was really helpful and amiable. They catered to our personalized requirements and were very friendly. The staff service was great. The breakfast and dinner were delicious and gave the sense of being home-made.
Very very bad behavior, they give booking confirmation letter. When we reach there they shift us to adjacent hotels with very poor service and rooms also not good. Not providing hot water.
The location is the only good thing or else everything is bad overhere. I stayed with my family here when I went in washroom there was brown water coming from flush.in other room the jet spray was not working.thats all i want to say first check reviews then book this hotel
Pros :
Ambience of the room and the surrounding was so good. Service was excellent. Staff response was good too. Food(breakfast) was very nice and worth the price. Walkable distance to the lake. All over the place was very neatly maintained.
Cons:
We didn’t book online and the price was very high since we booked in person. For this price (2.3k), they should have at least provided free breakfast where the same was mentioned online across all the booking sites. They refused to give although we asked.
Pillows were moulded and dirty which was covered by a good pillow cover.
Power disruptions occurred quite often.
KSRDC group food, rooms and services iis very good. Very helpful staff👍👍
