   I stayed here for 3 days with family and overall experience was ok rooms were clean and location is close to bus stand has good parking space rear though not covered service could have been better as staff lacks 3 star training and you have to ask or follow up for basic things like water towel etc apart from this a good place to stay with family

   We went for enjoying a party alongwith my family of 6 people. Worst food, what had a news as mark of food is now tasteless. Keeping your outlook ambience is not enough, please check your food quality and taste.
   We came out with lot of displeasure.
   Today I pressed to go to SVN, we were to go to Northern circar.
   To our fate, time disappointed and made us to walk to SVN Lake palace.
   Really bad, worst and no quality.
   We only visit hotels for good food and ambience.
   Request the hotel management to seriously think and act

   There’s a huge difference between the rooms on 2nd floor and the rooms on 3rd floor. They call the 3rd floor rooms executive but it could be so much better than it is currently now. Curtains were dirty , room paints were old. In some room there’s no switch board near the bed. Staff service was fine but it could be better as well.

   Good food, helpful staff that took care of out of menu food need of parents. A warmth experience . One must visit this place.

   Visited the restaurant, needs improvement in service and approach. Rotis are cool and all items are delivered at a time
