good and friendly staff, Local Guy Nitin was very helpful and available as per our requirement. You’ll get a nice view of lake directly from the hotel and as well as from your balcony faced room. Suggested for affordable and decent service.
Stayed here for a day and it felt like a home to me. Staffs are friendly, kind and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. You get to see a nice view from the balcony. Not recommended for elderly people cause the hotel is located at 300 m top. I had a great experience there. Highly recommend!
Hotel Sweet Home is a great option for those looking for a quiet and scenic retreat in Nainital. The rooms are comfortable, and the views are fantastic, but keep in mind the steep walk to reach the property and the need for improved room service. It’s a solid choice for younger travelers, couples, and families, but not recommended for elderly guests due to the location.
Very poor rooms at website images they show very good pictures but in reality rooms are not even matching oyo rooms standard. They have 3 categories diamond silver and gold at time of booking we have only silver type available and it was not according to pictures.
They have mentioned 3.8 & 4.1 ratings for 2022 but service is not up to the mark
Wash rooms are very dirty
Cupboards are very dirty
Furniture is broken
The cloth hanger is ultimate jugad of this facility.
Final review : if you are low on budget though not consider this room . There are many options available near by
Pathetic experience in terms :
1. Location- it mentions walkable distance from mall road but its not. It is the end of mall raod and there is no entry of the hotel. There is high time parking issue if you are travelling by your own. Even there is no car/cab/two weeler accessbility. Not recommended for ederly people, or any walking issues people.
2. Rooms are big BUT it stinks, bedsheets n quilt cover were torned and was dirty and stinks alot. Bathroom were not cleaned.
3. If you are booking room with breakfast, please DO NOT expect buffet. They serve in room that too limited with person item. We felt it was waste of money booking hotel with breakfast.
