Our stay at Hotel Taj Palace was truly exceptional. The hotel’s prime location on Mall Road made it incredibly convenient to explore the city. The rooms were spacious and offered breathtaking views. The food was delicious, with a great variety of options to suit all tastes. The staff was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort.
Our stay at Hotel Taj Palace was nothing short of perfect! The spacious family suite with its stunning balcony views was a dream come true. The kids loved it, and we appreciated the convenience of the lift and parking. Being so close to Mall Road was a bonus. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even with our furry friend. Definitely recommend for families
No easy access to the mall road. Had booked a sister property that had an issue so moved here for the same cost. A far worse location and experience. Wouldn’t feel comfortable walking to mall road in the dark.
Pathetic experience. Owner doesn’t care about you after paying the amount at beginning. You need to pick drinking water also from reception area. Washrooms are like indian railway 50 years back. If there is a competition of worst hotel in life then it is it. One star for tea. It deserves.
Taj Palace was a great choice for our trip to Shimla. The hotel had ample parking, and the lift made it easy to get around. The location was perfect, with easy access to the Mall Road and other attractions.
