I recently had a wonderful stay at The Grand Cassel Hotel, which exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff were incredibly cooperative, friendly, and eager to help, making my stay truly enjoyable. My room was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable retreat. Additionally, the secure basement parking facility.
The hotel’s versatility shines through its spacious hall, perfect for hosting marriages, events, and conferences for up to 200 guests.
Overall, I’m highly impressed and would definitely recommend The Grand Cassel Hotel.
The location is good. Rooms are well maintained and only the concerned room balcony is not secured properly for young kids, Food and service are average, looking forward to more improvement. The lift was not working most of the time, for senior citizens, it was quite difficult for going to the top floor. I hope management will take the positive note and in our next visit, we’ll see for 5 stars. Parking is available.

Hotel is neat and clean but bathroom door was not working fan is noisy and nobody in the hotels comes and repair. Overall experience was not good
The hotel is excellent whether it is in service , food , staff behaviour and location.
The food is very delicious , staff is very humble and nice with that service is amazing.
Also , the rooms are of nice size and stylish with beautiful interior.
Banquets halls are quite big and luxurious and have a very rich look.
Excellent Services, Superb Staff Behaviour and Delicious Food, recommended to visit again. ||Rooms are very luxury, neat and clean with great comfort. ||Hotel location is very accessible by any vehicle.
