I had a fantastic stay at nilsa. The room was spotless and comfortable, with all necessary amenities. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The hotel’s convenient location and delicious breakfast were added bonuses. Highly recommend and will definitely return!
Awesome Hotel and one of the best services given by the staff, it’s near to airport and all help is provided by the staff, from pick up to drop off, it’s near to airport location, reasonable price, clean and hygienic food service and above all most wonderful staff makes it a best place to live in delhi. The owner is the most friendly person and is available for all queries. Highly recommended.
Excellent hotel in every aspect. Very spacious , clean and well maintained rooms. Staff is very supportive . I just crashed in at the hotel late night and everything was taken care of without me saying anything. Right from late night dinner to morning coffee to dropping me off to railway station next day evening . Budget friendly hotel with top notch services nearby airport . Worst hotel I’ve ever been in. Do not even think of staying in this hotel.
Location is almost a slum, parking space is horrible, hygiene is out of question, room service needs atleast 5 reminders. Generators don’t back up power cut with 45deg temp. Outside. Giving 1 star since zero or minus is not an option.
