I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience! From the moment I checked in, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming staff.
Kajal, the front office staff, deserves a special mention for her outstanding behavior. She was extremely helpful, supportive, and ensured that all my needs were met promptly. Her professionalism and kindness made a huge difference to my stay.
The food at the hotel was also top-notch! The restaurant served a wide range of delicious dishes, and the room service was prompt and efficient.
The hotel’s services were impeccable, with clean and comfortable rooms, efficient laundry services, and a well-maintained fitness center.

Location, appeal, cleanliness, decor, facilities, staff behaviour, excellent food, excellent soft and comfortable bed, value for money.
Just one complaint, the door handle of the toilet did not work from inside.

Stayed here for a day with our team. Amazing location & mesmerizing view of nearby mountains. Zoo is at walking distance from the hotel. Don’t miss the Sunrise & sunset view from this hotel. Helpful & kind staff. Great service with electric kettle provided in each room along with tea & coffee kit.
