Pleasant stay experience. The property is well maintained The staff are very friendly. Walking distance from beltola bus stop.
The security Oldman is very good and even receptionist guy(dontknow his name) and the room are okay.
Receptionist lady,she is less manner and for breakfast I don’t like others item,so I ask those ladies bread,they said if I want bread i have to pay extra,I was shocking omg! They are so stingy, because every hotel they use to give bread for complimentary breakfast,their breakfast is very bad,and especially at restaurant one lady she is very rude,she is tall than others lady.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The environment was delightful, the food delicious, and the staff exceedingly helpful. The rooms were consistently clean and tidy. Special thanks to Operations Manager – Pinky Baruah, whose attentive assistance truly enhanced our experience.
Rooms are very neat and clean. I really like the food especially the non veg items. Each items are worst to taste. Manager Pinky Baruah is very helpful she have guided us about Guwahati so beautifully.. Will surely love to visit this place again.
