We had a very comfortable stay, though there were a few disappointments with the housekeeping team. However, the food and beverage team truly stood out, delivering an exceptional dining experience. The food quality was outstanding, and it was clear that great care went into every detail. The head chef’s personal touch, visiting each table to gather feedback, reflected their commitment to guest satisfaction. The F&B team went above and beyond, even crafting a special Gujarati menu for us despite the peak crowd. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for their dedication and thoughtfulness.
Rooms are not that worth the value as this hotel doesn’t have Ghat side view because it is on the other side of the road. It’s very close to Ganesh Ghat though, walkable.
What was fantastic about this hotel, for which giving it 4 star is their restaurant. The food is amazing. Very good north India food at decent price. Both quantity and quality they provide is great. Also, the staff is courteous, especially restaurant staff is very polite and helpful. Kudos to Deepak and Aakash for providing great service and making the overalespecially restaurantd because of their restaurant and service.
The place may look small from the outside but once you enter you’ll be surprised with how spacious and comfortable it is. The food was amazing. And the staff was really good. The chef was amazing and he personally came outside to greet us and ask for our opinions. The food made by him was simply marvelous. Overall a great experience
In this large hotel there are perhaps only three rooms with a view of the river. We stayed in one of them and were very satisfied. The rooms are bright and spacious, the view of the Ganges is nice, and the staff is very helpful. The restaurant was also perfect. I definitely recommend.
Very comfortable stay. Nice and clean rooms and SERVICE WITH SMILE. Very honest reception staff giving correct advice. Resturant had decent options. We were served with smile and didn’t say no for anything. Deepak in particular was very very helpful. Overall very good experience and absolut value for money.
