Lots of cockroaches in the room, in the cupboard, on the bed, behind the sofa almost everywhere. Toilets don’t have jet spray, are rusted and old. The windows given for ventilation open into the sewer line making the room smell disgusting. No ventilation, bedsheets were dirty with burnt holes in it, fungus in the pillows. Sofa and chair don’t seem to be cleaned since the set up. The door of the bathroom doesn’t close properly. The staff is not welcoming at all. The only good thing about this hotel is its location – in the city near the ghat. Also met other tenants who had the same experience.
Worst experience in my lifetime. It was a nightmare to sleep with cockroaches. The hotel didn’t provide the basic amenities like towel n soap. Outdated decor with zero ventilation. Toilet flush didn’t work. Even after reporting they didn’t address the issue. I would request not to stop even for a single second at this cheating hub.
I personally advice everything is worst in this hotel bathroom, bedroom, hospitality, the guy seating on reception is just for taking money and his work is finish he can’t even hear the problem of customer complaining multiple time we stayed here 2 days but it’s totally bad experienced.
I suggest you don’t book room in this hotel.
Very bad experience this hotel not comfortable for gujarati people both of manager behavior is very rude and bad,standard room is so bad,I don’t prefer to gujarati people, only one thing is good for it’s location middle of marcket and 600meter from railway station,electricity problem
Welcome to cockroach house! Room full of cockroaches and insects,
Washroom and toilet was smelly and water leakage from everywhere. Everything was rusted including toilet seats and water pipes.
Food was worst! No flush in toilet, No handwash, Powercut every hour.
