Very poor hospitality. Staff are rigid and behaving like collector.
They are offering 24 hour Checkout facility. I stayed for 2 days for my business trip and requested for 30 min- 45 min lag time in check out at morning 6.30 am. They simply asked me to pay for full day charge. They are following railway like System. If you late even by one minute you will be charged for full day as told by the front desk staff.
I can understand being in a small town and there is limited scope of tourism, the hotel mainly depends on corporate clint. Their tariffs even after discount offered are costlier than offering of many online booking site.
The only plus point is the location of the property
Room is ok. Checkin was good but service was extremely pathetic. In my case they don’t gave complimentary fruit basket 🧺 when I asked for that then they told me stay for one more day then we will give you. House keeping never pick up the phone then I told reception guys, I need iron (press) in my room, after giving 3 reminders they give one malfunction Iron which was not working. For entertainment TV was there but dth was not recharged.
have not stayed in the room so not sure how the rooms are but have visited their restaurant many times and can say it’s quite good. Food taste is good, service is also prompt and fast.
I think Vaibhav has one of the biggest dining hall in the city. so you almost never need any reservation before visiting the restaurant.
Price is on higher side. meal for 4 usually costs around 3K per visit, but As taste, ambiance and service is good, it justifies.
A few bad experiences with the restaurant are occasional bad taste and once I got chicken slices in my veg pasta, that too when Navratre was being celebrated. most of the non veg eater don’t eat non veg this period and I am pure vegetarian.
Shocked? even I was. But it had happen with me many times in different restaurants around the world. So I didn’t cared much about. But I felt bad when they even charged me for the pasta.
At least as a gesture of sorry they shouldn’t charge for it.
rest every is good with the restaurant and despite a few more minor bad experiences with the restaurant. I and my family usually prefer to be there for outings.
Nice property but a staff and don’t know any work, they only know take order and serve food.
Have visited multiple times in last 5 or so year’s,, but last time I had a lunch at their restaurant, tummy of my entire family got upset due to fungus in paneer (cottage cheese).
