It’s an ok..ish hotel . Red spit stains were on room walls. Pillows had stains on them. Not sure if all previous reviews are genuine. Can’t comment on restaurant bcoz it was closed due to Diwali.
Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever. Lovely and great first impression of hotel.
Great hotel and greT ambiance the service was really fast and staff was extremely polite would recommend thought we had some problem while checking and with the buffet
I booked this hotel 2 month ago today check in time staff behaviour is very comfortable nice service provide next time again stay here
Visited since 3 times and have a great experience with their staff members and rooms are very clean and services are very good they did not see the time of service if customer want they will do that’s the point I liked in and the manager is so politely behaviour. I will visit again and have a great journey with hotel Vihaan.
