I recently had the chance to stay at this charming hotel for a night, and it pleasantly surprised me. While it’s an older establishment, it’s well-maintained, clean, and offers a cozy atmosphere that made for a restful stay.
The check-in process was smooth, and the staff provided excellent service throughout my visit. Despite its age, the rooms were neat, comfortable, and equipped with all the essentials. The real surprise was the food—honestly, it exceeded my expectations, with flavors and quality that you wouldn’t expect at this price point.
Another big plus? The ample parking space, which added to the convenience. Overall, if you’re looking for a no-fuss, budget-friendly place that checks all the boxes for a short stay, I’d definitely recommend giving this hotel a try!
Nice hotel to stay near to national highway. Hotel rooms are bit old but it was clean and hygiene. Staffs are helpful. Restaurant also available with very good price. Best place to stay if you are travelling by road and want to stay overnight near Visakhapatnam without entering to city.
Terrible …. Receptionist lady is so cunning and she charged Around 3000rs for one day… Firstly she asked , u need bill? When I asked bill she hked rate of room 2000 to 2500..and then added gst etc using the name of Elite Room.
Not worth and bad experience. She lied 12.00 pm.to 12.00 am check in check out… …. .. I showed her to check in check out is for 24 hours.. Not 12 hrs.. She Manipulate her talk… Its called Cheating a customer..

A residency with beautiful ambience and lot of parking space. The complimentary breakfast fast with all South Indian food is tasty and yummy
Stayed at hotel Vijaya on our way from BANGALORE-KOLKATA
We chose to stay here only due to it’s location, which is very convenient if you’re looking to bypass the Vizag city traffic.
It is very near to NH16 so getting on and off the highway doesn’t take much time.
Coming to the hotel, there is a big parking area in the campus, hotel provides all the necessary amenities and comes at affordable pricing too. Complementary buffet breakfast is also available.
Room service is good, you can try the in room dining menu and food quality is good at affordable rates.
The only problem that I faced was mosquitoes during night time. Apparently repellent wasn’t provided in the room, and nobody was able to help out from reception area which left is sleep deprived.
